Change my background Win 7

Hello,


im starting to lose it, am about to buy a new laptop, because i cant change my background. i used the help tool bar, i use the controll panel, i went into my pic folder and right clicked and nothing work.i need some mega help quick, because im getting too fustrated trying to figuer it out for hours on end for an entire week.... please help me

Goto Run. Type regedit and then Enter.
Go to the following link -
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveDesktop

Change the value from 1 to 0.
Restart the machine.

And now you ll be able to change your wallpaper!

Try the answer give by Ambucias.
If that one is fine just Right click on one image in my Pictures folder and select the option Set this Images as back Ground image.
