Hello,
Both the black & color cartridges went empty so I put a black one in. It wont let me print in black and white because it says it needs a color cartridge ugh.
I was hoping I didnt have to buy color to get black.
does anyone know how I can get it to print without buying a color cartridge?

Hi Shine,
Have you left the empty colour cartridge in the printer? If not, try it and make sure your print properties are black and not default.
