Alright doing this again to be more polite I guess. My Sims 3 game starts up, it starts to loads but with a black screen and blurred text and then when loading the world it gets half way and crashed. No error except "Sims 3 has stopped working". My game is patched to the latest and I just installed Master Suite stuff. My game used to run perfectly fine with custom content, I had very little mods, just the censor mod, removing custom content and mods didn't solve anything so I don't think it's that. I updated every single one of my drivers to the latest shortly after installing Master Suite. I've never had an issue with lagging or crashing and it's always worked perfectly for me even before my drivers were updated. Drivers updated, Sims 3 no longer works. I have a hunch that it's to do with when I wanted to update my Intel Desktop Board or something like that and it failed but I'm not sure.

If anyone knows how I can solve this please let me know.

When I try to place one of the mirrors (a large 3 section mirror) that came with the Showtime expansion, the game crashes. I believe it is buggy. With any of the Sims 3 expansions, there can be a corrupted save that will crash your game. One way to tell if your game is corrupted is if the picture of your sim doesn't appear on the start-up page. You will have to go directly to your file. Go to: Start/ Documents/Electronic arts/Sims 3/Saves. In the Saves folder find your saved game file and delete it. Then delete the word backup off the end of your backup file.
