Macro - Sort Range Error

Hello,

I've created a Macro within Excel that is supposed to Delete, Formulate and Sort data.. I've managed to get the Macro to the point where it does all of the above except "Sort" various ranges of specified columns. I keep getting a "subscript error 9 out of range"

along with the following highlighted item when I select Debug:

ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets("Data Summary Report").Sort.SortFields.Clear

Why is it having such difficulty sorting the specified columns?
