you should search for \DB30 or \DB Folders on your computer - that's where your stored emails are written.
Each of the files in the \db and \db30 folders are email files, with the exception of the index files
(typically a bit larger than the email messages). Copy the contents to another
location and rename all of the files to end with .eml. You can then drag and
drop them into folders in Outlook Express or any other program that understands .eml - Windows Live Mail also works.
Since you want to do this with 1000 files it will be easier to purchase a program from the following site
