Hello,
please i need help in my desktop computer.
my problem is when i turn on my computer it will boot until the 'HP' logo appear but it will freeze or hang, it will not go to bios set-up..

I suggest you try to boot after you have removed the memory cards and disconnected the CD and hard drive. Booting without the memory should give you a beep sound. But, you should be able to get into the BIOS screen. If you have two memory cards then i suggest you try using only one at a time.
