Acer Aspire One ZG5 black screen

Hello,

I just got me an Acer aspire one zg5. Whwn i turn it on and it should be ready to run it just show a black screen with a white cross. the cross is the mouse pointer.. Ive tryed to update the bios, but its still the same. When i then try to install a new window via an ekstern dvd-drive it wont read, but will just show the black screen with the white cross mouse pointer?? Any ideas what i can do next??

I believe i have tryed pretty much anything... Alt+F10 doesent work.. updating the bios with alt+Esc doesent work... tryed a Usb Stick, a usb hardisk and a external dvd writer

Have you tried taking the battery out as well as the cables and boot keeping your finger on the power button for about 60 seconds, replace the battery and boot again?

Have you tried connecting to another monitor?
