Same IP Address 2 computers Closed

Question

Hello , 

Just wanted to know that 2 computers using the same internet connection have the same IP address at the same time , one connected through a WI-FI.

They share the same IP address through the Router.

Yeah I know about the router but what I want to know is that when 1 is connected to the other through a Wi-Fi .

One more question , 

If I change the IP Address of one of my computers then can any site be able to know that I'm using the same connection , with and without locating physical location.
