How to solve autorun problem on C,D drivers?

Hello,
I've read all solutions for this problem, but none of them didn't helped me. so i believe i've deleted many files ,i think that wasn't useful at all if my pc still asks to scoose the program for opening C or D driver...help.. repeating, i have tried all ways from this site...
