How do you know for sure that someone stole your password?
Try resetting it:
If you have lost your MSN/Hotmail password and your secret answer go to MSN/Hotmail support : http://windowslivehelp.com/product.aspx?productid=10
or read the following:
https://ccm.net/apps-sites/email/1375-outlook-account-blocked-and-hacked/#topedit
It may take from 24 hours to two weeks before you get an answer.
If the above solution does not work, your account is lost forever.
