Hello,

Hi everyone - I am looking to show in Excel when a person has worked for me more than 182 days(26 weeks)
Ie;
Start date Today Date
22/05/11 13/03/12
Start date to change colour when 182 days(26 weeks) has been completed.
Please help

Hi Shaggy,

When start date is in A1 and Today date is in B1, then apply conditional format to A1 with the following formula:
=B1-A1>=182
