Virus made so i cant reinstall windows, help!

Hello people!

My mom and dad just opened a mail and press some awesome link like i told them not to, well not much to do now!

When windows wants to boot it comes up thousens of diffrent symbols, and the colors of windows booting screen is not normal.

Windows Wont boot!

So, i tryed to formated the disk windows was at, removed all the other harddrives in the computer, and installed was going to try to install windows again!

BUT, the strange colors, and markings was already on the first BIOS check. And when windows was almost installed, it rebooted and said something like: Setup will continue after reboot, and just continues to reboot. over , and over, and over again. And it allways ends with a bluescreen, which is for like 0.1 MS, so i cant read the error type.

would LOVE some help guys n girls.
