Recovery of Factory Default Software Problem

Hello,

I made a very stupid mistake of not looking at the Quick installation guide when starting up my new Toshiba Satellite L750/0LM Notebook. Whilst it was going through the recovery of the Factory Default Software I turned off the computer as I was unsure what the factory settings were. Now when Recovering the Factory Default settings it just stays on the preparing stage and won't recover?

Can anyone please tell me what to do to fix this?

Hello,

Try this:
Turn on your PC while pressing the F8 key repeatedly until the Advanced Boot Option Screen appears.
* Click "Repair Your Computer"
* "System Recovery Options Screen" > "Restore Application" > "Full Factory Recovery"
*Follow the instructions.

but in my laptop this option is not coming after pressing the butten f8

please help me
