Hello,
If you have placed your mouse pointer on the network icon, it will show you
Speed : 100 Mbps but that's not your broadband speed. Your speed always
depends on the bandwidth that you have taken. Since you are trying to download
a file from utorrent then check the torrent Seeds\ Leechers status.
