Hello,
ashweeni Tiwari here well my promblem is when i install any win xp my pc restart or hang and blak gray screen between the installation so tell me how solve this error well my pc configuation is intel p4 processer 2.6 ghgz 512 mb ram ddr1 80gb harddisk and 64mbintel82845gl graphic card so tell mee how solve dis error

how did you try to install Ash?

* Through windows Itself? (you booted XP and then put in the CD and install)
or
* At Boot (Change the BIOS settings to boot from CD and install at boot)

To answer your question we need more info, like when exactly does the PC restart? and the method you are trying to install.
