Computer wont get to log in screen

Hello,

basically one day i turned my computer on and it starts up goes to the bit where it says start windows normally etc after it does it stays blank (a black screen) i dont know what caused it i havent changed anything recently i have tried last known good config and safe mode neither of them let me into the computer and i simply dont know what to do
any help would be really helpful
