Hello,

I just got some new speakers. They're plugged into the wall, and the light is on, so I know they have power. I also plugged them into my laptop, and they make a little sound, so I know they're working. BUT, no sound will come through! I have no idea what to do- the installation guide basically says that you need to do is plug them in. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Do you hear sound when you use the "headphone" plug?
It might depend on the settings of your laptop. I suggest you go to the Control Panel and look for the sound icon or "sound effects". There you might be able to activate the headphone jack, if it was deactivated in some way. Or do a sound test. It's hard to give any advice since you didn't tell us the make and model of the laptop and the version of Windows (if you are even using Windows) you have.

Good Luck

I think this issue resolve internally because its not the matter of any software or hardware...check your sound volume system which is in right corner of desktop...
Thanks
