My HP Pavilion dv7-6154ea wont turn on

Hello,
trying to turn on my laptop to use it and nothing is happening. the power button isnt achieving anything. I plug in the power cord and all that happens is the led next to it flashes but the laptop still wont power up. Its only a couple of months old, ive tried all the usual fixes, leaving it, removing the battery and trying again, removing everything and holding down the power button etc, any help would be greatly appreciated.
