Try this 1
Since the image is not in English I can't point out the location of for the New ID
creation option. Just look for the option like "Get a Free Apple ID", click on it
and follow the instructions.

Thank you so much indeed, but if there is an option, I am not going to ask this question.
On the other hand, there is only an text box for the Apple ID which you already have. And the other box of password. However, if you want to create a new account, there isn't any options.
So my question is how I will create account to use it to sign into this iCloud programme.
For me, however, this programme is not consisted with Windows system. It is for Mac and OS , iPaid and phone.
If it is compatible with Windows system, there will be an option to sign up in that window whose screenshot I have sent before.
