Cannot access all office 2003 file

Hello,


after i scanned my computer with eset nod32 i cant open/copy/move the encrypted(green font color) ms office file such as excel and word.

i tried in safemode still i cant.
i tried livecd still i cant.
i tried disable dde in office option but the problem still exist

Hello, i already solve my problem and it was not cause of antivirus.

i remembered that i removed the password of the current user account using the administrator account before i scanned with antivirus.

when i set back its original password everything is back to normal..
