MBLAZE Data Card - Some sites are not opening

Hello,
i'm using MTS MBLAZE data card. Since there is no router or anything, I was not able to find the solution from the thread http://ccm.net/forum/affich-92145-one-certain-site-will-not-load-help. I'm not able to open some sites while the same sites are accessible for everybody else.
Pls help me with this

Go to start, accessories, system tools, internet explorer (no add ons) and see if it works. There are a lot of pop ups that may block a site. If it works, close IE, then re open. Go to tools, internet options, advanced, and click on restore advanced settings and reset. Then apply.
