A problem with ZumoDrive downloader file?

Hello,
I have a problem with signing in ZumoDrive downlaoder file, although I have account at ZumoDrive.com and I can log in it without any problems. Have a look at these pictures whose screenshots are available down and you will be seeing the problem.

If you want to retrieve your data stored on ZumoDrive, we strongly recommend you take action as soon as possible to download it. We have made it easy for you. All you have to do is:

1.Get the ZumoDrive downloader tool from here:
?Windows downloader
?Mac downloader
?Linux downloader
2.Log in with your ZumoDrive account within the ZumoDrive downloader
3.Choose a location on your hard drive to save all of your ZumoDrive files
?Make sure that you have enough space on your hard drive for everything in your ZumoDrive account.


Although I have done that, I couldn't long in.

Hello,

This is a sticky wicket if I may say.

Not may people are familiar with zumodrive which, from what I read will cease to exist next June 1st.

Have you tried to contact them for support ?

support@zumodrive.com
