hi,
you can buy a Kingston pen drive, bur be sure to buy an original one!
you should plug the pen drive in a USB port.
you will see the pen drive icon by going in My Computer.
you can double-click on the icon to open the pen drive and then drag files into it. thus they will be copied.
to install a program you need the program setup file.
you just double-click on it and then follow the installation wizards.
