Cant open webpage i was on 2 hours ago? Closed

Question

Hello, I cant open a web page i could access about 2 hours ago, but now when i try it, it was Problem Loading Page  
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.  

This also happened to a site i used to use a couple days ago. I have tried different browsers but nothing works. I have done a virus scan and made sure the website was still up. I did not change any setting at all. Why would it do this naturally? 

Also the websites work on my two other computers, just not this one.

Hello, 

Try this 1 

1) Click on the below hyperlink "Fix" and download the file 

Fix 

Double-click on it and follow the instructions 

2) If the problem still exists then 

Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter.  

"Command Prompt" will be opened. Now enter the below command 

ipconfig /flushdns   --> Press Enter.
