IE9 Program Download No "Launch" Option

Hello,

I am using Windows 7 with IE9, I have a program download I need to launch (run) so it will install itself, but when I click on Download, IE9 only shows the "Save" option the file cannot be downloaded and saved, it needs to be launched -- how do I get the system to allow me to use the launch option?

Saving it and running it is the same as just clicking run.

all that run does is save it to the temp folder.

The problem is there is no "RUN" option, no "RUN" button to click on, how do I get the "RUN" option back, the ONLY button which shows is "SAVE" -- I can't pick what isn't there..

What type of file are you trying to run?
