If you wish some help, you must provide all the information. For instance, I don't have a clue of what you are talking about when you write: "if its the tower switch as Justjan at the top of this page said hers was....where is it or what is it". I don't see anything of the sort at the top of the page.
1. What is the make and model of your computer?
2. How old is it?
3. Does the shut down occur no matter what you are doing or is only while you are on Internet?
4. When you say shut down, do you mean that Windows closes and that you must cold resart?
5. What do you mean by home page?
6. For what purposes do you use it for ?
7. What is you antivirus software ?
