It's probably a hardware error. With over-heating the most likely cause. If it doesn't start after it cools then, you will need to take it to a qualified repair shop for a diagnostic.

Yesterday I forgot to tell that when I push the power buton, the pc starts for a few seconds then it turns off by its self and after a few seconds it starts by its self then nothing happens only thet the pc is pwered on. Today in the morning the pc started and it worked correcty but when I come home later the pc started to show thw same problem again. What does this mean, (sorry for my english) and thank you for your advice.

This type of behavior indicates a intermittent hardware fault. If I had to guess - I would suspect that one or more of the capacitors on the motherboard is failing.
The restart happens when the BIOS can not complete the POST process. This is where the BIOS checks the hardware and initializes the computer so that Windows can start.
If this is a desktop computer a good PC Tech can sometimes replace the capacitors and bring the computer back to lift. But it might be cheaper to find a used motherboard for the computer. Most laptop motherboards can't be repaired by the average shop and replacement of the laptop is often the cheapest option.

You might need to shop around for a good price for a diagnostic evaluation of you computer.
