How to change Date and time format to English

Dear Reader,


It's hard to explain but here I go... Where it says the time and the date on the bottom right hand sign of the laptop, well, the date is in Arabic. Frankly, I do not speak, read or write Arabic (unfortunately.) However, I was wondering how to change it back to English. I would be incredibly grateful. So if you could just help, thank you.
