USB Detection problem

Hello,
I have selected adobe reader as a program to open my USB drive now if i insert the drive on a port of any computer, it does not detect it, a message apears, "the USB drive is not recognised".I cant access my USB drive, please help me.

Hi,

After plugging in the device, go to device manager (In run type "devmgmt.msc") In Device manager go to "Universal serial bus controllers" It should list the storage devices that you have connected to your PC. Right click and then click "Uninstall. Remove the USB drive and restart your system.
Try connecting the device again. I think this should solve the problem

Hello Ankit

If my solution is not working it's because your pen has been damaged and cannot be repaired. It often happens when unplugging without the proper precautions or with fake pendrives.
