Hello frnd,
If there is so important data on HDD then I would like to suggests you to send the HDD to a Professional Data Recovery Center.
After recover the data you can send it to the Service Center for repair under warranty or without warranty (if expire). You can also buy a new HDD if you have budget.
After getting a OK HDD, you can transfer your data back and save the other data.
