Use driver cd or download the driver from system manufacturer official website where all drivers are free of charges.If having issues then please provide model number to give you the download link.

Try this 1
Click on the below link and follow the instructions
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriversHome/NeedProductSelection
You can select "Automatically detect my Service Tag for me" OR
Select the option "Choose from a list of all Dell products" and click on "Continue"
--> Click on "Desktops" --> Click on "Optiplex" --> Click on "GX280" -->Now
download the audio drivers.
