Hello,
Try this 1
1) Click on Start --> Control Panel --> Under "System and Security", click on "Find
and fix problems" --> Under "Hardware and Sound", click on "Troubleshoot audio
playback" and follow the instructions.
2) Click on Start --> In search box, mmsys.cpl and press Enter.
"Sound" options will be opened.
In playback tab --> Right-click and select the option "Show disabled devices".

normally it should be like the pic , but my Realtek HD Audio Manger setting is showing the recording device only . i hope u can help me
