Hi,
My Sony MP3 player will not connect to my Windows 7 laptop at all. I've never had a problem with it, the battery died last night, and now doesn't seem to be able to connect. It kept coming up with 'unable to connect phone', I also have a Sony phone so I uninstalled the phone software as it was somehow getting confused. I've tried reinstalling (through troubleshooting) and it has not worked. I also tried to right click to pressed 'uninstall' but that's not an option on Windows 7 apparently. My options are:
Open
Create Shortcut
Troubleshoot
and Properties.
I've tried everything and can't figure out how to uninstall, and getting very frustrated now!
Any tips will be appreciated!

Hello,

Try this 1

Click on Start --> In search box, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.

"Device Manager" will be opened. Is there any yellow mark ?

Good Luck
