Hello!!
I've had my laptop for about 1year and 6 months now.
Few months ago it started having a problem. First was I was getting the blue sceen.

Now, I when I try to open it the light of the disk lightens but just for few seconds and also the fan at tge side? (its heating up as I try to open it for few xonaecurive times) but the screen doesnt show anything amd after dew seconds, it will suddenly stop.

But I was wondering because rarely, if I get lucky, I can open.it (it boots up?) and I do is I choose the safe mode when it opens. So that I can use it for a long time.

Please help me for I dont know anything about this -_-
Here I some details about it but I dont know if it would help:

Acer Aspire 4738G
Intel Core i5 -460M processor
Windows 7

Okay

I suggest you try restoring the system. If you can't restore it, then it's a harware problem that only a qualified hands-on technician can attend to.

Try this:

Restart the system and hit ALT+F10. This will begin restoring from the Aspire system recovery partition. You will be prompted to type six zeros as a security step. Type 000000 to proceed.

You will then see a screen to select your Operating System. Do this and hit enter and the recovery process will begin.

Good luck

The video does not tell me anything. Try restoring your system as I mentioned or see a qualified technician if you cannot restore.

Good luck

You are welcome but I'm sorry the restore didn't work. It looks as a very bad circuit problem, probably related to the motherboard.

Hi,

When the blue screen problem started did you before add any new hardware of software ? If so which ones ?

Have tried to roll back by doing system restore to a date where you know it worked properly ?

Regards

I didn't add any hardware but the software I think my sister added the autocad.. I have uninstalled it also before.

Yes, I have tried it it was good for few restarts but soon, it stills suddenly freezes and boot again and then also sometimes, it shows the blue screen.

In the blue screen you should get an error message with codes starting with 0x, what are they?
