Hello,
Im having the same problem. When try to log in, account is blocked. Asks me to choose where to send a verification code to, however only gives me the option to send it to my old works email address which is no longer in existence. Does not allow me to change where to send it to. Therefore I am stuck.
Please help me to get my account back

Perhaps you can tell us what email service you using using?
