Update problems on Sims 3Closed

Hello,  

i've been playing sims since a very longtime, but now i'm having problems on my iMAC when i try to update my game: the download starts but then at one point when i come back, its gone and the launcher says that i still haven't updated my game...its done this every time i try. What do i do? 

Configuration: Mac OS X / Safari 534.52.7
