sound audio problem ..Closed

Hello, 

Can someone help me fix my audio device. Everytime i try to play a song using my windows media player this box pops out which says "windows media player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There may not be a sound device installed on your computer, etc .." i hed my friend reboot my laptop and this happened. What should i do? Thanks.

Hello,  

Try this 1  

1) Click on the below hyperlink "Fix" and download the file  

Fix  

Double-click on it and follow the instructions.  

[Note : If you are using Windows 7 then right-click on the downloaded file --> 

Select the option "Run as administrator"] 

2) If the problem still exists then reisntall your audio drivers. Go to your 

manufacture's website and download the audio drivers.
