Quick heal total security 2012 problem

Hello,
i am trying to install quick heal total security 2012, but after "preparing installation", it then shows "installation cannot proceed further... the build is not for this operating system"
i am using windows 7.
pls help

Please check operating system whether it is 32bit and 64bit. For checking go to My Computer- Right Click-Properties- you will fond your operating system version there. After checking System Type download Latest Build of Quick Heal products from here http://www.quickheal.com/builds.asp. Download and install Quick Heal . I will solve your problem . Please note: Your OS version i.e. 32bit or 64bit should be same with Quick Heal version i.e. 32bit or 64bit
