Restarting laptop

my laptop is giving me the same problem.It reaches loading the xp logo then restarts.It is not booting even in safe mode,it just restarts.Anything i chose it just restarts.I turnd off automatic restart it gave me this; *** STOP: OxO00000ED (Ox82B776BO,OxCO000006,Ox00000000,OxOOOOOOOO). I tried to google but their was no match found.Unfortunately i dnt Have the CD.Am using windows xp proffesional,service pack 2.Please help me am not a computer wizard

At the very least you need to reinstall Windows. (Even then you could have a hardware problem with the hard disk.)

That's about the only option you have with XP. There is a "repair/install" option that will save your installed programs and files. A repair shop can use their OEM copy of windows with your COA key.
