Hotmail account that is blocked

Hello,
I have a hotmail account that is blocked. The email account that i have to receive the code to unblock it not longer exists. That is the only option i have on the unblock help. I have to access my account for work and school, what should i do?

Hi Girl,

There is no way to change that alternate e-mail address.

I suggest you open another account, best go to Gmail
