Hello,
I have been having issues with sound when not docked. I have reset Ipod and yesterday the sound returned afetr not being there for weeks. Today I have come home and it's as dead as a dodo. I have tried all the things suggested holding both buttons etc. I am now charging via computer but still no joy. HELP
