How to set recover vaio factory settings.

Hello,

I have sony laptop wich had 64-bit OS7,i installed windows7,32-bit now when i tried to run recovery disks to restore setting,recovery will start but after sometime i am getting error " unable to copy the folder".

Please let me how to resolve this issue.

Hi,

Do you have another copy of the recovery disk?If not then either you purchase it online or you will need a windows installation cd to install windows then download all drivers from official manufacturer website.

Hi,


I have 3 recovery disks,got this issue for first disk only.other than that i dont have any disks.
SO now i have to install windows again and then have to run recovery disks to restore the factory settings is it?

isn't there any other solution for this??
