User 32dll missing

Hello, i have a toshiba satellite u300 psu30a-05302p.Norton removed my user 32dll file.
I have tried pressing 0 it looks like its going to work then the power shuts down ive purchased spotu,tool kit os,2 xp recovery discs and have changed boot order still have blue screen please help.Thankyou.

Hello Bugs,

I assume your Toshiba was running under XP

What is the 10 caracter error code starting with 0x on the blue screen?

(Good'ol Norton, they will do it to you all the time. If you wish to buy problems, buy a Symantec product)

hi no i bought it with windows 7,no rror code
just says no user 32dll on the blue screen.

Then you cannot use spotu,tool kit os,2 xp recovery discs they are totally incompatible.

I suggest that you restore to factory settings and flush Norton down the drain.
