You have probably changed the keyboard to the French version. All the PCs sold in Canada probably have the ability to switch between English and French. There is probably a hotkey keyboard combination that changes it back. I suggest you search the computer manual for this. You can also change the keyboard back to English using the keyboard icon in the control panel.
