Conditional drop down list

Hello,

I'm creating a spreadsheet that will allow workers to fill in their time and activity. This will be imported into MYOB.

I need to have a drop down list from which the clients are selected from. However the client list is three fileds:
* Emp. Co./Last Name
* Emp. First Name
* Job

I want the drop down list to initially be the "Emp. Co./Last Name" then populate the next two columns with "Emp. First Name" and "Job".

I am able to make these conditional, but the employee has to select each column. It would be great if there is only one option that the cells could be populated automatically.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
