i had my iPod for a while and its a regular I pod touch 32gb and when I put my iPod to charge it doesn't want to charge . I thought it was my charger so I bought another one and it still didn't work .I have tried restarting it and everything still doesn't work ..HELP what should I do ?

Try this:
Try holding down the "Menu" button, along with the center button, for like 30 seconds, or untill the apple logo shows up, then try charging.
