Internet explorer not working

Hello,

my internet explorer is not woking. other browers are working properly. when i enter any address it shows a message that the internet explorer cannot display the webpage. when i diagnose the the problem it shows that trouleshooting couldn't identify the problem.
plz help me solving this problem

First try using Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).
If that doesn't work, open your Explorer browser, go to Tools, Internet Options,Advanced, and Restore Advanced Settings.
If that doesn't work, open your Explorer browser, go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, Reset, and Reset.
