so something went down with my ToshibaSatellite laptop and it just erased everything off of it. So I went to do the factory setting seeing as how it doesn't matter anyway since I lost everything anyway. But whenever I start up my computer it comes up with an error message and asks me to press ok to shut down the computer. So I can't use this anymore. Someone please help.

Here is the way to restore your Toshiba:
https://ccm.net/faq/4811-restore-toshiba-laptop-to-factory-settings
When you say you did "something", I assume you don't remember what you did and where, ie was it in the bios or the registry editor, Internet ? I can't read your mind, you live much too far from where I am. (I, Ambucias, lead all of Hell's orchestras, not to mention that I command 30 legions. We are quite busy down here with all these hundreds of thousands of souls who keep arriving every hour and train)
Do you mean it erased absolutely everything ? Like how do you know it was everything.
How old is your machine ? What is the OS
Regards
