Recover blocked temparary hotmail account

My hotmail account has been temporarily blocked, i have gone through the microsoft e-form to verify my hotmail account but some of the questions in the form i don't remember. After the submission of e-form they replied me that the information i provided was not matched in their system. but i need it very badly because i have all the information in that if any one can help me to get any hotmail account help line telephone no.
