I am running Windows Vista, when I type the letter 'a' the letter 'Ç' shows up. If I type the letter 'a' via remote desktop, it works fine. It is also having problems with the '1' 'q' 'z' keys. Any thoughts on how to remedy this?

Steps I have taken
--Restart
--Windows FixIt
--Language Bar Settings

Hi

Go to your control panel, regional options and change the language to English USA. It must have slipped to French.
